What an interesting night that was.
Awsome set up! I loved the xmas trees, definately got my in the christmas spirit. Plus the snow!.... Another awsome party by Evolve, it seems like every party gets better and better (minus the girls who come wearing nothing, booty shorts are one thing - Underwear is going way too far, "You dont have to be naked to look hot") I was at the front door for most of the night doing ticket sales and was quite shocked to see all these youngins come in. (I cant really talk because I was raving at a young age and absolutely loved it). If you love the music and want to party I dont see it a problem going to an "All Night Dance Event" or a rave. It was nice seeing some old friends. I had an awsome time with you guys, most of you were pretty wasted! "Just GiveR"! And it was nice meeting some of you. *waves* "Hi!" As 3am came around, I stayed to watch the beginning of Miss Lisa's set before I decided it was time for me to leave. It was way too muggy and gross and since I had work in the morning it was the perfect time to head home and get some rest before I had to get up again and go. Again... awsome party Evolve. ppcock is right the scene was way better back in the day. I miss the Plaza days. My first massive was Simple 4 with Jon The Dentist that party got me into raving. Those were the days, I was also young, so I didn't mind the young chicks wearing next to nothing, but then again its alot more *nothing* then back in the day, oh well. Some are damn hot, but they don't need to dance in underwear to be hot.
There was alot of good looking girls at the party, great eye candy ;) |

The setup there was definately sweet. Lots of lasers, and the snow was a great touch. Guyver didn't seem that great to me, but I didn't get there until about 1:30, so it took a while before I was no longer one of the few people there that weren't high. Miss Lisa was damn fine looking, and I was totally digging all the old school rave songs. I was kind of disappointed that she didn't play too much of her own music, but those old school songs more than made up for it. The second room wasn't very packed at all the whole night whenever I went in there, at least not to the extent that it was at Simple VIII. All in all though, it was worth my time showing up.

I enjoyed this party, it may of been abit pricey, could you imagine paying $100? The girls where super young(i'm young and i felt old), it was abit much(okay way too much) and i did find it amusing to see them shivering outside. I enjoyed most of the sets, liked the last one played by d2j, was a good way to end the night.

Yikes, I thought people used to go to parties because they liked the music and now all I see and hear is about the little girls in tiny outfits. Some people like that and its quite obvious that all they want is attention, so why give it to them?
It's very simple, if you don't like it, don't go. I've had many friends that stopped going to raves for one reason or another. The choice is yours. |
