Where an accused is charged with an offence under section 151 or 152 or subsection 153(1), 160(3) or 173(2) or is charged with an offence under section 271, 272 or 273 in respect of a complainant under the age of fourteen years, it is not a defence that the complainant consented to the activity that forms the subject-matter of the charge.
Notwithstanding subsection (1), where an accused is charged with an offence under section 151 or 152, subsection 173(2) or section 271 in respect of a complainant who is twelve years of age or more but under the age of fourteen years, it is not a defence that the complainant consented to the activity that forms the subject-matter of the charge unless the accused (a) is twelve years of age or more but under the age of sixteen years; (b) is less than two years older than the complainant; and (c) is neither in a position of trust or authority towards the complainant nor is a person with whom the complainant is in a relationship of dependency. |

hey camera guy
if its NOT illigal to film people without their consent then why do schools always get forms signed by parents to produce yearbooks with their childrens pictures in them? because if the family is split up and they are trying to escape a psycho dad, and he see's his childrens pictures in a yearbook then he can track them down to the school and causes major issues you don't know how old the people are that you've filmed, and i doubt you've gotten any forms signed by them and/or their parents? i'm not taking sides or anything, just puttin it out there ^^this is all valid info of course if the video's are posted publicly |

ok so i couldnt read everything, but mostly everyone said the same thing
1) good job evolve 2) skanky girls 3) wtf vibe? yes congrats to evolve, the setup was amazings. lots of hard work. maritime is always transformed when evolve comes in. keep up the good stuff! ok about the skanky girls... i actually find it funny that everyone is dissing them. because i have noticed, that there was a shit loads of creeps that couldnt take their hands off them. and im pretty sure now that some of you sobered up, will deny that ever happened. ratio to creepy guys to skanky girls---> 10:1 it seems like these girls actually have more self respect than the guys. bizzare huh? truly sad. about the vibe. it was pretty shitty. lots of gangsta folk still flames the pride all over, while "scopin out hunnies and prey" i noticed a lot less people socializing than usual, a lot less people smiling. i enjoyed being around nammers, at least they came there for the right reasons - to have fun. oh and music was swell. both rooms were hard and bumpin. and miss lisa played memorable tracks, totally got me movin. |
