they went through all the legal stuff to get a license. The RCMP doesn't have any jurisdiction on that land since the party is on native land. The RCMP did come by and say to shut down the beer garden(or whatever it's called to sell beer from concession) or they would close off the only ROAD to the party since it's not on native land and not allow party-goers to get to the party, therefore ... cops have the ability to shut down the party.

Not wanting to start a war with you or anything... but regarding your statement there - one thing comes to mind: "duh". Of course they would've have decided to have the party shut down just because of some "beer garden". They would have more sense than that you would think...

i watched reid walk off records in hand....sent my friend off to wish her well for playing that set. she was happy. declined his offer to help with her bags. then went merrily on to the jungle stage to hang out in back for awhile.

it was a little unorganized. it was crappy how we got kicked out and had to wait in line, in the gates for an hour, people were like passing out and stuff.

i only had 30 mins for my set because of how late we got in, but DJ General generously contributed 30 mins of his time to me, which made mine an hour long. thanks bro.
