i think they made a right choice by not having it and make sure party does happen
Nobdy should ever promote having a beer garden at a party on flyers, websites etc unless you already have the permit to do so. Plan and simple!

Could it be because he left a bad taste in Bad Company's mouth when they performed last year??? Word gets around the world fast...
In regards to the UK Apache story, it was quite obvious right away when i read the excuse of flights being over booked, because 99% of the artists in the world have agents that require you to book the flight before any contract is signed along with a deposit.

huh? are you serious? are you saying its the partiers responsibility to ensure they are getting what they pay for??

imo, if an act isn’t going to make it the promoter should provide an explanation as to why as soon as they know they aren’t going to be there. Shit happens, people understand that.

While with any purchace the buyer should beware placing the accountability on the party kids really shows how bad of a state things must be in terms of promoter credibility

They were selling TP for $2/roll.

Item #30-something on my "things that bugged me about SB5" list.

But with regards to the Reid thing, I'm hoping she posts to this board. It'd be nice to see her come out and share her side of the story, because it certainly didn't look like she was being particularly immature about it.

Yeah...that's my common sense telling me (falsely) that there weren't going to be more than 2 different posts about the party and drama therein. I always forget to turn that off when I come here.

In summation: whoops, but I found it and am thoroughly appraised of reid's side of the story (and about 50 other people's opinion thereof).
