WTF is up with silverwater's summer break
wow
I went to summer break I went to see reid speed, who played an amazing set and than was forced off stage by the promoter who than told her she was not getting paid than she got forced out bu security WHO WOULD NOT even let her get her records. what is that shit. you fly a dj out here to play your party and then force them off stage than you dont pay, have them removed FORCEFULLY from the premisis. not allowing the artist you YOU hired to make you money to get her records. Oh yeah and you provide broken equipment to play on. you are lucky you had security |

so I was told there was no beer garden.. now I definately don't feel bad about not going =)
And this Ried Speed shit.. fucking hurtin'. I've met Josh a couple of times, he seemed like a solid dude. I'm sure there's a solid explanation, but then again, anything's possible - people are smut. |

apparently the beer garden was open for a couple of hours then cops came in and shut it down, something along the lines of 'shut down the beer garden or we shut down the party'
did the promoters really think they could have a beer garden without proper license? or was there one? |

^^^
Summerbreak is thrown at the same location Apex was, am I correct? I was under the impression that it was treaty land, and this being said the police technically cannot come onto the land without permission from either the band or the lease holder. I could be dead wrong though. |

its either a) no beer garden or b) the party will be shut down i think they made a right choice by not having it and make sure party does happen |
