I've been in that boat....I work(ed) in collections..and when I was in charge of hiring , I had to turn down alot of people that didnt speak perfect english (or at least well enough to blast someone about a delinquent bill )...
The worst was me having to fire these girls that would break down on the floor and start crying because a debtor called them a bitch or an asshole....
(hrmm..sounds like fnk...)
but yea , I dunno , thats a rough spot to be in....I feel your pain.
