Walking home from the bank yesterday, and some guy makes a disgusting comment as he walks past me.

i was at dq yesterday eatin lunch by myself and some dirty sears appliance dude started hittin on me askin info about me and was shoving closer and closer to me...so i moved outside to eat..went to check the bus schedule and another guy got out of the car and said something disgusting to me.. im not even gonna type it. i was dressed fully covered and casual.. i felt like i needed to go home to put on 10 layers of clothes or something. ew ew ew ew ew.

Just recalling it makes my skin crawl, and I feel like I have to rub at least 3 layers of skin off to feel somewhat clean.

The guy wasn't old... He was probably mid 20's/early 30's.

Like seriously, I always wonder what goes through those people's heads?

Are they expecting us to drop to our knees after they pull lines like that? christ...

I get lines in public along the lines of 'nice tits' or 'nice ass' and usually I just brush it off and walk at a more brisk pace..but in the cases that I'm actually like 'uh huh, thanks, they're not yours!' or do some other snarky response they act completely offended...

like seriously, how the f do they expect us to react?

I KNOW! There was this bi guy at this gay club that I used to party at in Montreal. And he came up to me and said "Do you want to suck my dick?" And when I said no, he was like "Oh, cause you've never done it before!" Then I gave him the dirtiest look and he said "Well there's a first for everything" and he grabbed my hand and moved it towards his crotch area, at which point I pulled away and ran. Later on, I saw him walking around the club, going up to EVERY girl, trying to lay is oh-so-suave mack on them, and I saw all of them tell him off! At some point, he came back up to me when I was talking to the bartender, so I got him thrown out of the club. Asshole!

It happened a lot in Europe too. I was with two other Asian girlfriends, and SO many guys would come up to us and say hello in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, ETC., thinking that all Asians speak the same freaking language. Even if they got it right, I hate how they think that if they say one word to us in our language, we'll automatically flock to them and be all over them. I just give them this -----> :finger: for a bit of UNIVERSAL language.
