If you guys think your transit system is a joke, try Edmonton's. In the middle of the afternoon, we had to wait 45 minutes to get a bus that went to the north end. After you've been to a rave all night, and went to an after party, the last thing you want to do is wait around 45 minutes for a bus. I agree that your system should support the new bar hours, but vancouver has such a wicked transit system in comparison to almost anywhere in Canada (I think; I haven't been to Toronto or other eastern areas).
