Fuckkkkk...this is really starting to piss me off!
i haven't had a good nights sleep in months!!!

Aw that sucks. When I can't sleep I usually take some Neo-Citron, turn on some nice relaxing music and bundle myself up all warm in bed. Neo-Citron almost always knocks me out.

I can never fall asleap b4 like 4 am. its horrible. During the summer it didnt relle matter but now that Im back at school and I have and 8:30 on tuesday and a 10:30 onthursday 4 am is jsut too late. But i cant ever sleep b4 hand. I get soo hungry that i cant sleep, so i eat and then i get wired because i ahve energy from food.
