i just asked my girlfriend about this cuz she works close to one of them..
she says all the aritzia's have it and it actually says "we heart the skinny" and the skinny is the name of a new pair of jeans or something..the next new fad i guess its a way to get people to talk about you're product..not necessarily positive word of mouth marketing but it gets the point across..a play on words.. |

lol Thanks jen for clarifying this, interesting indeed.
it kind of reminds me of how (when I used to work there) concerned parents would come up to us and ask us whether "TNA" really stood for Tits and Ass... as it was popularly believed to have stood for. We were instructed to reassure the customer that it actually stood for Talula National Atheltics... but it's not like that "misunderstanding" didn't benefit the company in some ways. And now, here we are, talking about SKINNY JEANS. I didn't even know that there was such a brand, so I guess Aritzia "wins". |

dalyn i think aritzia is refuring the *we heart the skinny* to the latest trend skinny jeans.. Off the wall has radio commercials resembling that advertisement.. saying something along the lines of the skinny is the new jean.. im not to sure .. i know im not correct .. but the advertisement is promoting the new skinny denim..
