this year at shambles i took melatonin after each morning to help me get to sleep. that was after doing mdma. i slept like a baby for 6-8 hours each time and woke up feeling good. but i would be taking the melatonin about 2-3 hours after my last pill.

I've heard that taking calcium with melatonin makes it work a lot better. I work a lot of night shifts, so i'm going to try this out and let you guys know. For the past three nights i've taken 3mg of malatonin before bed, but it hasn't really seemed to help me out much. But i've also worked out right before bed or ingested caffein, so I can't really say that it was the melatonin not working. I've taken it before-about a year ago- and it worked wonders.

Yep, another bullshit sleep. Who can work when your getting up at 3:30am. My roommate went to bed when I woke up! First day back to work and I'm a goddam zomby, just great. And if that masterbatin thing ain't workin, I got the real shit right here bebe.

good to hear.
i got no sleep last night becuse i stayed up untill 1:30 am watch marcos bagdattis vs. andre agassi in the 3rd round of the US open. awesome match! agassi won and he will now advance to the semi's. the problem was that after the game ended, i went to bed and just stared at the ceiling for an hour or so. so a new peice of advice: don't watch tv before going to bed. obvious, but true. |

The worst is when you get like 8 full hrs of sleep but you wake up as if you haven't slept at all with bags galore underneath your eyes. It's like my body sleeps but my mind doesn't. Lately I've been having the most crazy fucked up dreams and it's preventing me from getting a good rest at night. I look like a zombie lately. I think that I'm going to look into some sleeping pills as well.

try doing a full stretch before you go to bed.. just like you did in gym class. Make sure you hold them for a good 30seconds or more each.. it releases chemicals in your body and you'll sleep like a log.
Make sure you set an alarm clock though haha. I stretch every night before I go to bed and I tend to sleep for like 12 hours solid. |
