SHAMBHALA 2008 Tracklist

hey all you fellow musicophiles and DJ's out there who picked up on a handful of the main acts jaw dropping bangers, do you possible know the names?

Specifically songs that caught my attention:

Atomic Holligans

1) AC/DC Thunderstruck dark electro remix, which would cut to a very unusual breakbeat before dropping, and would always say the word "wow" before it dropped.

2) The most played song at Shambhala this year had to be that deep bass grinding tune who's only real characteristic was how a voice would yell "MARS" before sheer bass rocked the floor.

Smalltown DJ's

More than anything I'm curious if half their remixes were simply originals because they played old song after old song until you never new what to expect.

2) Bullocks Sex Pistols - Dark Breaks Remix
3) Ring Of Fire Johnny Cash - Ztrip Remix ?
4) Creeps VS Seven Nation Army

Quite frankly his jaw dropping electro and deep bass rockers would deserve an entire track list. Anyone recognize any of his remixes besides the blatant Starkillers and SOS overlapping.

1) This song really got to me, because I can't remember where it comes from. Some robot voice, very Daft Punk or Justice comes on in the middle and goes "They Fight, They Breathe, They Live, They Die ...." and other lines until it finally drops with a huge bang at the end.

Outside of the ghetto rap which I knew was coming he still had a few singles I'm dying to find.

1) Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds - A.Skillz Remix ( where do you buy this? )
2) Basically most of his first 30 and final 30 minutes were just show rocking bangers, and I'd love to find them.


Honestly any track that any of those DJ's played ( not just one's I really enjoyed ) if anyone can list off anything they know I'm going to throw a 2008 mix together to distribute free on the forums. Thanks

Also, I wanted to mention that Neighbours WHOLE set was banging from start to finnish with all of his own productions! Holy crap, this guy is reaching quality levels with his productions!

but it was not two hours of his own productions, he played some of his own tracks (I recognized about 5 or 6) including an awesome Road Rage remix

He did - it's on the B-side of the release if I recall. Not feeling that mix at all though.

other than that. tons of wicked sets...cant really remember all the songs not to mention lots of it was stuff i never heard.

my fav set all weekend was without a doubt, dj ayres + cosmo baker. those guys fuckin slayed fractal forest. amazing
