Ryan Ross is popular and my fav becasue he puts HUGE amount of love into his music and brings a different element to his sets. Much the same as Akeel. I feel this is why these two names are popping up consistantly.

Yes some DJ's names might not be mentioned but just becasue you do not agree do not trash the DJ's that are. There Favs for a reason. Instead of hating learn to the reasons why they are.

you might as well just call it the changing of the guards because if it were '99 right now you'd all be saying kultcha, maya , and theo ... but thats ok I don't really care too much for local appreciation (although I might add it is nice to be appreciated anywhere) , I just feel it is a bit pointless cause for example last summer I had quite a few bookings so I made a few of these lists ... now that I'm concentrating on school I've had fewer gigs and my name is gone ... it's like that with everyone

so the moral of the story I'd like to project is fuck teh DJ's !!1 ... I can play other peoples music too , when it comes down to it , unless you are producing, you're just a jutebox (turntablism being the exception)

I lived in sydney from march 2002 to august 2002, so right when you were there. I went out almost every weekend. I know who matt and kayla were, and ritual, and the short dood with bald head. Those guys played out at most of the dnb events. Never heard your name once. Believe me bud, i read 3Dworld every week, and never saw your name once.

id have to agree with every body martin mentioned..especially dj seven..that guy plays the dopest techy shit. some people talk noise because its not funky enuff..but i like my house on a deeper and techier side so i have nothing but love for his style. same with dave armstorng i love his shit.

im also gonna have to add leanne nancy kid, grooverider, precise, andy clockwork and dj k-pryde....any off of these guys have tremendous skill.

ohh and i cant forget agro dave..he plays the dopest progressive.
