ok to be serious and honest, the best breaks I've heard around here were from Soma and Adam V and Ryan Ross and Akeel
I gotta give credit to the Mann Twins too because they know how to get the show hopping and they're good dudes
oh and of course there's Shiloh... they fuckin rock it ONE TIME

I saw Lenny Ford spin a while back and quite honestly, I thought he was pretty sick. I guess everyone has their favorites though.

Oh and Incog has lived in Toronto for like 3 years now.... hardly a local!

These posts are always the worst.... but for real, half these DJs that have been posted don't even play in the city unless u count at raves to 16 year olds.
I won't post a list cause everyone has there own opinion..... but any DJ that plays week in and week out in the clubs and travels and actually gets paid to DJ are the ones that are the tops. I bet half the DJs on most peoples list have never played for more then $50 a gig, nor have been booked to play an event in another city.

Fevah is a wicked dj he use to be known as derailed but doesn't play out any more, still much better then most breaks dj's playing out alot now. Taylormade is also a really good dj, and Kona just doesn't play in Van any more but he is from here so i would still say he's a local.

Nobody has mentioned Marky Mark i've seen him play some really good breaks set's, size small is also good.

Now now, everyone has to start somewhere. You just did it away from this city so most here wouldn't know... or maybe it's because you dropped the 'pop' ;) ... regardless you're still one of my favourite 'local' dj's :P
