I’d be embarrassed to even mention it! anyway this conversation is over... ciao ps shitty for a girl and 2 kids... it really sucks, and i really hope things will work out for you! Since you want to know, i didnt finish my law degree because of family obligations...(those close to me know why) and frankly I do quite well "selling electronics at home" I supply all the big stores you buy your turntables from across canada. I have many many things on the go, honey. you need to stop assuming so much about others - it might make you more friends and let you come off as less of a twat. Btw, BA stands for Bachelor of Arts, i work in this industry because I love it, not because I haven't done anything else. So where is your fancy diploma from, Alla? Is it one of those mail in courses? Or did you print it online for 9.95? ps. your grammar here is atrocious... Quote:

simple answer to this: DOUBLE WRAP IT!!!!
condoms are 94% effective against precnancy and the spreding of STD, but there's still that 6% chance you will get pregnant or contract an SDT. doubling up is the only sure thing. unless you didn't use protection, and in that case you deserve to get pregnant for not taking the prorper precautions in the first place. they say it take 2 to get pregnant, bullshit. the woman makes the final decision wether or not she get's pregnant or not. if men were the ones who carried the children during precnancy, id say men where responsible. |

LOL @ double wrap it
and i go to a private career college and i'm really proud of what i do there. i think it has less to do with where you go and more to do with the knowledge you attain from where you go. and i'll have you know that my diploma is mailed in.....thank you very much :) and akeel i always knew you were a smarty pants, your bro told me so ;) and i played clarinet til grade 10 sooooooooo eat it hahaha, okay, i quit at the end of grade 9 :( |

i used to be able to tell you how many sharps or flats were in any given key signature... took like 13 years of violin privately and took a few theory course (i think i was required to have grade 5 theory to get my grade 8 violin certificate)
now i just remember things like note legnth and time signatures. Certainly helps a bit dance music - at least starting off... i've tried teaching complete music n00bs how to dj and most of the first lesson is spent trying to explain what 4/4 means, what a downbeat is, and what a musical phrase is. ps - I love derailing threads... |

^^^
That stuff went in one ear and out the other for me. I always though "who needs this bullshit!", and here I am wishing I knew more theory. I wish young me could meet older me so I could tell young me a few things! (ps. how's my grammer in that?) Edit: wow i got out posted like 3 times! That comment was about theory... |

^ I hear that - wish i kept with the violin myself. When I was young I was totally bitter at my parents for forcing me to take all this music shit where i needed to give up hours to practice and lessons and shit but now I'm glad they did it.
^ hey look! Full circle - back to talking about parenting :) |

^ that's cause violin is a civilized instrument unlike your primal "banging on shit" noise.
my mom was also a career piano teacher n shit with like a masters in music and prodigy students that would compete internationally and my dad's dream job was an orchestra conductor - that contributed to them forcing me to learn music... |

My two cents:
Everyone knows it's not about the spelling especially when typing freeform style online. It's more about the foundation of the argument and it's legitimacy. As for BA's, half the time most of these students only do what is needed to get that high grade. When someone in my family was doing their BA, they would always preach about how it was such hard work and how i'd never be able to perform at such a high level. All this being said while they were hiring people to edit their papers or even do them completely. There are so many people in my classes who are preoccupied with what they need to get the grade and lack a geniune interest in the issues that they are dealing with. No wonder so many people call certain Art's degrees a waste of time. It definately won't produce instant results like business or tech but i don't want to sell my soul to a cubicle anyways. In essence, a BA is nothing unless you're passionate about it. |

And No Akeel, my diploma is not the mail in (btw, that is called correspondence), or the one u ordered for $9.95 (i didn’t even know that's possible).. I have a diploma from a private college. Personally I find private colleges to be much more effective, then any other.. So much more time with instructors, and you can always ask questions.
At age of 4, i joined music school of arts (Kiev) and completed grade 8 ( 8 grades was the requirement to graduate and receive diploma). I learned piano, as well as music history, theory, and compositions, and participated in choir. I guarantee I would be attending conservatory, as that’s what both of my parents completed, and which was also my goal to complete conservatory, but unfortunately my parents never gave me that chance because we moved to Canada instead... I am trained bookkeeper / accountant, and I’m actually pretty proud of it. |
