I did say that they were no-namers but I dont dont say i haven't heard of them before. They are just no-namers as far as breakbeat talent goes. DJ Neutron= http://audio.satelliterecords.com/ram/96665.RAM Now you take a listen. If that is what you think good breakbeats are, then you are on crack! These are not mind blowing beats. They are cracker-jack bullshit wanna-be breakbeats! As I have said, look up for the DJs who are making the waves out there in the party world. Dont just bring in any bullshit cheap DJ that has never been into town before. Neutron I'm not familiar with but Volume is half of the Hot Headz (Volume and Huda). He is not a no namer. Also this style of breaks is what a lot of people want to hear. I think some one like Hybrid would be much more suited to a club night. You bring in DJ's that your target market will like and based on the reactions of 95% of this board Twisted has once again done a great job. As for Hybrid... look out you never know when they might pop up. Last edited by Senior; Oct 03, 02 at 07:12 PM. |

As far as seeing different and new stuff - stay tuned in the New Year... You just never know what we may do next. Peace. |

Way out West was here at Supersweet in 2001.
It was a pretty wild party. Their set was excellent, DJ Cher and Maniam (live drums) was unreal as well. The only dissapointment was DJ Taucher. Sure he was animated, but his set sucked IMO. That was one of the few parties I've been to where they laid down some seriously deep tribal trance. |

retro
compared to most of vancouver's raves (except sweet productions) i think all the money got spent on the trance and house headliners ok don't expect every DJ to be elite in a rave. twisted can only satisfy so many people. god, some people never quit whining |
