JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH DAVE ARMSTRONG

I just wanted to post and assure everyone that Dave Armstrong will FOR SURE be at Simple. I know a lot of you were looking forward to hearing/seeing him at the Benny Benassi event, but he got a 2500+ person booking in Russia that he just couldn't turn down. Having said that I called Dave and now triple confirmed he will be playing for 1.5 hours at Simple! He is pumped and very much looking forward to playing a local gig as its been awhile!

Ok .... this is a fucking stupid thread with one guy just going on and on about this and that DnB BS. Snatchface you need to calm down.... why such the hate for Twisted. I mean dude... Dabbler has played more Twisted events then any of there residents (besides maybe Precise). They run a business that has to accomadate for a lot of different people with different tastes in music, and just cause Dabbler isn't playing this one time, does not make them have no love for the DnB scene in Vancouver.
Though I am very well known for playing breakbeat and promote breakbeat in the city through the years, I have been a fan of DnB since well b4 many of the kids (meaning you Snatchface) on this board were even in High School let alone been to a rave. I'm not an old man (only 26) but have been involved in DJing for almost a decade now.... most of that time mixing breaks. Recently I have taken an interest in playing soulful liquid funk DnB. Working at Boomtown has helped me get some of the freshest promos and tracks in DnB today, and being a good close friend with Jay Auto has helped me play at Automatic almost every week for the last 3 months.
When Kraig booked me for the show I assumed he would want me to play breaks.... but upon looking at the line up (I play at 6am after Precise who follows Big League Chu), I thought it would be good to break up the night and play a nice soulful early morning DnB set. Plus I have Automatic resident Myster E MC going to play with me who kills Verbal Assassin any day.
Don't front.... you want DnB ... I'm going to play it... and if you doubt my skills (which I could care less about anyways), just ask any of the citys top DnB DJs, and they'll let you know that I'm on the level.
