as far as i remember,
the twisted junglist kru residents are only
myself, manos, and i think krusha, alongside verbal assassin.

but you are right, there's never more than two DnB sets at a twisted show, mainly due to how not enough junglists come out to support.
and while i'm very dissapointed that i'm not playing this one, Soda has the skillz to flex some DnB, and those people who want to hear DnB will definitely enjoy it.

This is exactly the reason right here. It's sad, but true. Junglists don't go to raves. This is why I have always supported Automatic's event. Jay brings in crazy DnB talent and knows more about DnB that most in the city.

NOW... having said that, it doesn't mean that we are never going to book DnB. Dabbler knows I have always had his back... and Manos and Krusha are also due for bookings soon. -- All in due time.

Hey Krista... I replied to your PM.

Absolutely it's an all ages event... the venues capacity is a little over 700. Our last event, and every other event since at this venue has sold out!

Off topic, but I'm just wodering if Twisted is doing anything for NYE 2005?

I know Solid has the PNE Colisium with Kai Tracid, BT and Z- trip. Is Twisted doing anything, just wondering. I have a idea, you don't have to agree with me, but I think that it be kewl if both production companies joined together again, like they did for Grand Finale, which was an amazing party. If both joined again and brought more dj's that would be sweet. I know alot of people wanna see dj's and stuff and I personally would like to see The Warp Brothers and/or Nu Nrg again. This is just my idea, I know it probably won't happen, but it be kewl if it did.

Good luck with Simple 7 and have a great time everyone. I wish I could come out, but its my friend's birthday party and he's totally into the Hip-Hop scene, so I'm stuck going to The Mirage, maybe I can pretand I'm going home and come down to Simple. I wish I could do that, but I can't that's to mean, anyways have fun everyone, looks like its going to be a kick ass party.

The answer to your first question is probably not. After what the city and the provincial liquor board put us through with venues for Spooky, we will not throw another massive (IE: 2000+) until we legalize another venue. I can tell you that this is happening and we are in the process of investigating several, it just takes time. We firmly believe that throwing a ton of parties at the Colesium is not a good thing. The venue is ideal for 2 rooms, not 3 and certainly not 4 as it has been done in the past. Having said that, this is what is motivating us to find and legalize the next "Plaza of Nations-type" venue.

To answer your second question about the two production companies joining forces again. For MANY reasons which I would rather not get into on a public forum, we will most likely not work with Solid moving forward.

i got a question and i am wondering if one of you can help me out, i am going to a rave for the first time- simple vii- bringing a lot of my rave virgin friends as well, a lot of us ganna pop for the first time as well. i know doors open at 10 and most likely this even will be sold out, but what if we appear there around 1am, would we for sure be able to get in still?
