This lineup is consider the BEST ever to be assembled together on NEW YEARS EVE. Compare it with any other lineup from the past for new years eve. We're restocking Laramy with some cheaper tickets. Those ran out so fast :351:

Check around the CLASSIFIED SECTION. $70 tickets are consider VERY VERY CHEAP at the moment. I think this event is probably gonna sell out like 1-2 weeks in advance.

as for lineups being the best ever at New Years, ya maybe so only cause Kai tracid is here, but that doesnt give the right to jack up prices this much.........i understand a lil bit is a must but there at 90 at stores now, thats outragous. U booked Kai Tracid who is one of my favorite deejays who im not gonna get to see cause im not an idiot and wont spend 90 bucks to go to a rave, u have Cj Stone who sucks, and all the same locals u had at Dooms night, minus Mauro Picotto, minus Blank and Jones, minus Svenson minus Tomcraft minus Anne Savage, are u trying to say that all the extra money that goes into putting on a party on New Years is all because of the rent of the coliseum, price of security and Cops, because i remember spending 40-45 on past new years parties and there lineup was almost as good........youve saved a lotta money not booking more headliners and booking locals, and ur reasoning around jacking prices isnt because of costs and has all to do with stupid ravers paying 100's of dollars at Dooms night to party and realizing u can rip us off with this one.......i dont blame u, its a business......but count me out

We actually didn't expect selling tickets that fast in laramy and we'll probably be restocking some cheaper tickets. Lastly, we've already explained our costs. :( Well, if not - hope to see you at our future shows. The prices will be back to normal like our other PNE shows.

Kai Tracid is the main reason why I wanna go, plus I missed the last 2 NYE raves, but I don't care I been to 2 amazing house parties and had a blast. Ticket prices are always expansive on NYE, so paying $90 ain't so bad. All I know is that Kai Tracid will blow the roof of the Colisium.


To those people who can't cough up $90 for a rave, I suggest you stay home and buy alot of liquor and go to a house party and have a good time. Trust me its no big deal if you miss a NYE rave, it won't be the end of the world and there will always be NYE raves, so don't stress it so much, just take a deep breath and realize there's more to life then raves. I love to party it up, but that's only cause I can afford it and if I couldn't then I wouldn't go.

I would say that if you have not gone to a NYE massive in the last couple years then it would be worth it to go. But for people who rave a lot..it is a stiff price to cough up for a rave in general terms. Just because it is new years does not mean you have to rave. It just means you have the OPTION to party at a higher cost. Nothing wrong with that. Solid has a good lineup, but this year I will not go. Last year was awesome..but this year will also be awesome. Just changing my plans, that's all ;)

Good point, some people make too big of a deal with raves, its not the end of the world if you miss one. I missed 2 NYE raves, no big deal, I still partyed with my girlfriend/friends and had a blast and didn't spend close to $90. I also took a 8 month break from raves like just over a year ago. Raves will always be there, plus if people think raves are good in Vancouver, then I'm sorry but I chose to dissagree, raves in Europe with 15,000 - 20,000 every week now those are raves, with the best talent. In european countries our massives are their weekly small raves. I went to Creamfields 2003 and that was the best party I have ever been to and if I convert the average ticket price into our canadian currency it was only $20, to see Kai Tracid, Timo Maas, Chicane, Talla 2XLC, and many more.

wrong, vancouver was known for the plaza of nations and i have several world class dj's tell me that from GTR to Marco V. They call it "that glass venue" haha, look at last years IMF, thats a world class setup right there.

Totally agree with you. I miss the plaza, Vancouver's best venue.

Also Creamfields 2003 wasn't just held in Liverpool, it was also in Bagicz, Poland. Also if people seen Kai Tracid live, then they would understand why I'm so excited to see him again.
