Make whipped cream, fill it with so much filling that when she cuts into it, it EXPLODES or push her face into the cake. IT'D BE HILARIOUS.

use a rectangle shaped pan then just make some walls out of folded-over tinfoil
fold little feet at the bottom of the tinfoil and glue them to the bottom of the pan with icing or w/e
