Anyone using novus as their internet provider?

Working at Telus, I am not saying that Telus is the best out there, however I have customers come back from Novus daily. Speeds are inconsistent and go down alot is the consensus.

Had the opportunity twice to use this service. Fast (perhaps as their client base is elite). No problems. Questions were answered promptly by customer service. No glitches and drops. Transfers are wonderful!

If you're in the Yaletown area, I suggest it.

NOVUS, UP UNTIL ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO, GOT ALL OF THEIR BANDWIDTH FROM US, WHICH MADE THEM VERY SOUGHT AFTER, SINCE MY BANDWIDTH IS PIMP AS FUCK.

TELUS NOW HAS THE MAJORITY OF THEIR BUSINESS (NO PROFIT, TELUS IS PROVIDING NOVUS WITH BANDWIDTH AS A LOSS TO KEEP THEIR BUSINESS, I THINK THEY MAY BUY THEM). NOW TELUS BANDWIDTH THROUGH NOVUS IS BETTER THAN TELUS ADSL BANDWIDTH (TELUS ADSL IS, OF COURSE, ADSL, + TELUS PROXIES + BULLSHIT. NOVUS IS CAT 5 -> FIBRE AND THEN SENT OUT TELUS LIKE A BUSINESS CUSTOMER), BUT I CANT SAY THEY HAVE GOTTEN BETTER SINCE THE SWITCH.

Never been set up with Novus.

By I can tell you the amount of problems I've had with telus at work are retarded. We run a business here and I call in for a service call and they try and tell me they can only get someone here 3 days later.

SORRY, YOU GET SOMEBODY HERE NOW!

The amount of times I've had to ream out a useless telus customer service rep are far more than I'd like them to be.

As far as at home service, I've been with shaw for 7 years now and have always been pleased with the service I get.
