Im hosting christmas dinner at my house for the first time this year (34 people) so I want to decorate a little more!! We are going to have two christmas trees!! and outside lights (which I have never had in my entire life...) and then lots of pretty stuff around the house!! It's going to be a classy christmas..no blow up shit for me thankyou.

As far as christmas shopping..I've been doing that since Aug! And I'll be done by Nov 30/07!!!!!


So in my opinion - the christmas decorations should go up whenever the hell you feel like it! :)

as soon as american thanksgiving is over.
however i do enjoy starbucks red cups this early.

i'm a sucker for xmas.

however the carolers at kiehls were a bit much this early. thank god for red wine.

I just remembered I bought a really neat gingerbread house kit from Costco in Sept. I'm embarrased to have purchased so early. It's not built yet tho! Hoping to break my three year curse of buying kits and then, defeated, eating the contents after xmas without ever having built them. =/

Tree is already up.
We decided to buy a fake one for the apartment this weekend, and I figured I would just set it up instead of shoving it in the storage room for another 2 weeks. :)

I'll do the outside lights in December. Mostly because our building does not allow us to have them out before December and after January 3rd. :S

So we finally built the gingerbread house last night. Yeah, i know... A little late. But atleast we built it!
