Our Schedule:

November: Sell all furniture
December: Paint walls
December-Feb: Buy all new furniture
February: Replace all lights (indoor and out), light switches, molding around the floors, buy things to hang on the wall, replace closet doors, replace closest shelves, install closet organizers etc
May: Re-tile kitchen floor, new fridge, stove and dishwasher
June: Actually re-tile the kitchen floor, deliveries of said appliances, paint kitchen, molding along the floor in the kitchen
August: new toilet, sink, cabinets, counter, faucet, towel rack, toilet paper holder etc
September: re-tile bathroom floor
Sometime in the future: new counter in the kitchen, new kitchen sink, install the damn dishwasher, new bathtub/shower head/tiles etc.
