This makes you the opposite of a man of science. You'd much rather apply your knowledge filter and take some expert's opinion that already agrees with you.

You know little of thought vibration, but there is a good reason why these things will never happen to you, but in short, your ego holds you back from proving these sort of realities, not a lack of science.

How does the fact that I won't accept every single idea you present in the form of a youtube video as fact make me afraid to think for myself. I don't mind this idea, and I have actually started putting together the idea of a debate club. However, one of the joys of a debate is the fact that you have to be able to argue both sides. Both for and against, with facts to back it up.
