I am really interested in this. I went to their web page to see the availability, it appears that it's only available in a handful of buildings in Vancouver.

i am moving into an older building. the suite i am going into has been lived in for the last 16 years. the building is wired for this service - just not my suite.

i would phone and check if your building is available.

i will be saving at least $60 per month and that doesnt include installation fees that i would be getting dinged through shaw.

bundled pricing to equivalent of Shaw (faster connection tho) is actually more expensive after the four month promo

Novus is faster due to its fibre and if I didnt work for Shaw, i'd be on novus quicker than you could say yo mtv raps.
If I ever left shaw, novus would be my thing.

But you cant ignore $70.00 for every channel, 10mb/sec internet.. esp. when almost everyone in my building is on novus. I rape the bandwidth.

Eventually, fibre will be avail to shaw.. I mean, it'll be everywhere.. even telass will get their gruby little hands on it.

novus - 75.45 per month

shaw - 97.95 per month

after the four months.

^ i am assuming those are both without jerk fees added on.

^ for the past four years i have had the luxury of cable and net being included in my rent.

i got rid of my car this month and was expecting with the cost of hydro and cable my expenses to go up just a tiny bit from what they were when i had the car.

with novus they are turning out cheaper. yay.

97.95 per month? I pay $76 after tax for 60 something channels and "regular" Hi Speed internet.

My current novus bundle is $58.45/month.

When I had shaw, the same bundle was $80.

no cost to you to switch. and you dont have to pay for hardware either. you can plug straight into the jack. no modem required.

We changed the channel at my friends house, had a smoke, came back, opened a beer and the channel had just came up.

If you're using telus tv, you're using telus internet.. ew

If I were you, I'd cancel it.. contracts are lame, esp with a product you're not going to be happy with.
