Hair cut/color?

I'm heading home for the holidays (Vancouver) and am looking for someone good and relatively affordable to cut and color my hair.
Anyone have any recommendations?

I've been getting exceptional cuts lately from Stef at Tao Hair Salon.

Also Asha Burke is pretty glorious as well, though you usually have to book her a few weeks in advance.

I've been going to Takeshi at Aoi Hair Salon for the last 4 or more years. I have maybe gone to another stylist twice in that time and have not gone back to the other places. Takeshi just gets my hair, he understands when my hair can't take any more bleach or if a cut will not work.

I referred Chrstine (Eris) to him and now she goes there all the time. Honestly, I can just bring a picture in, tell him a bit, doodle it out if I have to and he gives me what I want - or something better. Japanese hair studio for the win!
