i think you should go.....but just remember that they are sooooo much fun...and way to addicting ! i mean if you love the music and the scene!! I know I love it,, but yah i think you should go..and wear comfy clothes..that arent too hot, and skate shoes! and probably wear your hair up if you have long hair

Ughhh! If it's gonna be your first "RAVE" (P.L.U.R.) I suggest you don't go to Insomnia.
The venue (Riverside) is always crawling with undercover cops, crawling! That in itself brings down the vibe of the party. Expect to see a really, really sKetchy crowd there as well. Unless your planning on getting totally messed up or you have alot of friends going to the party, DON'T GO! Go to History of Breaks. First of all, if you're into clubbing the music at HOB should and will prob be more enjoyable for you, the crowd there will definitely not be as sKetchy as a riverside party and History of Breaks is gonna go off for sure! I'll be there! :c-tard: Drag a friend out or bring a few of them. You'll have a better time. If your in the mood for a smaller party and you want to go soon, go to History of Breaks. If your in the mood for a massive party, go to Twisted. Thats the biggest party you'll find in VanCity for the time being. It should be pretty tite. Clubs : People are drunk, dressed to impress, fights are common if you go to a club that is minority specfic. Can't dance cuz its really packed.
Raves : People are high on somekind of drug, fights aren't common unless your really stoopid, not as many hardcore people as clubs, you can dance all you like. I think you should atleast try it out. If you don't like it, atleast you tried it. I agree with what Ez-Tone, go to a massive (ie. Twisted 2K3) and go with someone who has gone that way it wont be so boring. Because going to a rave and having no knowledge of electronic music is hard to take. ~Tim Ps - If u go, find me. I'm the barstar in the breaks room. Heh.

go to a jungle party if your more into the hip-hop style of things.
or if you go to a plaza party try to stay in the back rooms. they're way more chill. And listen to courtney stay away from chemicals ESPECIALY METH. IT WILL KILL YOU QUICKLY. But if you go for the tunes and the people it's a really good time. I've met alot of really cool people that I never would have met otherwise.

Go to a party if you want to. Its fun and if its not your thing. Than its not your thing, but most will agree that raves can be a hella good time if done rite.
Go with some good friends, don't be peer pressured to do drugs, but if you want to you can. Just don't do the drugs because others have too, and you think you have to. I agree with everyone wear comfy shoes. i see girls trying to dance in these heels and what not. Its alot comfier if you wear runners, or skate shoes. Lastly just wear what you feel your comfortable wearing. I would suggest bringing a jacket or hoody sweater for the morning. It can get rather chilly in the morning, but th en again its summer now. Well go have fun PLUR, and rememeber BE SAFE and HAVE FUN.!! Party responsibly.
