I'm currently in the middle of 1984 (i'm stuck at the part where he's reading the book and i just keep falling asleep)
and Unknown Man : The mysterious birth of a new species it's written in the 80's so the things that they talk about are a little behind, but none the less i find it to be very very interesting. |

brave new world
I just finished reading Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. It's a sci-fi philosophy book about a futuristic world where everyone is cloned and raised in a certain routine based on their status in the world (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Epsilon). The book focuses on the concept of whether personality is inborn or whether you develop it based on external influence, as well as many other social issues, like drug addiction and well... ignorance. Check it out, you won't regret it.
