When you meet people what do you notice on them first?

when I meet girls first I notice their hair & whether they are skinny or fat, and their eyes..

I would say I look for eye contact first. then for ladies it's about complexion and facial features. Guys well first thing I notice is ego. Yep you can spot ego's a mile away.
