umm.. I do rotations in a hospital and when we have patients on a clear fluid diet, orange juice isn't even considered a clear fluid. if anything, I think she should think you're nuts for thinking a soup with veggies and pasta is "clear". :P

Well see thats how you loose weight ;) I dont think that would be a healthy diet to live off the rest of your life or for a long periode of time of corse. But by limiting your calories with what you eat, your body THAN starts to live off of the fat stored on your body... making you loose weight. Its when you dont have extra fat your body can live off of when it becomes dangerouse.
I think thats why these soup diets only last for a coupld of weeks or so.

ide so rather be fat than go through that torture..and once you stop the diet you just gain it all back since its water weight your really losing

I find it funny that you're giving out health and fitness tips - last I saw you, you didn't look too healthy and in shape, IMO.

Kel, if the cleanse goes well for you I'll probably do it the first week of December. Wait, I'll start it on the 4th 'cause it's Lisa's birthday on the 2nd, we're going on on the 3rd and I plan to get plastered, heh.
i actually am fairly healthy aside from my smoking and boozing:) I do work out 2-4 days a week my schedule permitting. In the past year ive lost 30lbs 18 and a half inches and like 25% body fat or some shit like that.
Im currently at like 30.2% body fat which is considered within the healthy range for women.

Yes,I am a bigger girl. And to tell you the truth I wouldnt have it any other way. I only want to lose another 15lbs tops,which will mean im still going to be a bigger girl.

And when you say clear soups,to me that means soup broth. Dont get all defensive chipmunk.

Thats my whole point.

excersize is what gives you the results you need.
Do both cardio&resistence training,this way you`ll be losing fat mass,gaining muslce mass,and in turn becoming toned.

Does anyone drink apple cider vinegar?? i bought some of the liquid apple cider vinegar the other day and im just wondering if anyone knows a good way to prepare it? i drank it with just hot water.. so nasty! so i put some honey in it and now it tastes a lil better.. but just wondering if anyone knows of any other things to drink it with..

Oh and KELSTER hows the detox going???

augh vinegar is not a detox :X

detox is going allright, cheated a bit...the japanese food was soooo tempting.

but i'm slimming down, might be due to working out tho. i feel the same and my skin is shit so who knows.

In my case it was only realistic when I did things I enjoyed. I joined a yoga class and a pilates class and started walking everywhere, and I would drink a cup of coffee and then go for a 20 minute run everyday. As for food the best thing to do is eat just 3 meals a day with salad and get some healthy energy bars to eat if your a snacker,and cut out all of the fast food.It worked for me..good luck
