yeah totally! aside from the nasty environment they live in, along with the shitload of hormones they're bulked up with and the fact that they're being milked a shitload times more than they would naturally, these cows are very prone to mastitis, which leads to the pus and other crap going into the milk. on top of that, it's contributing to bacterial resistance with all the antibiotics they gotta keep giving them!

read some of the latest research. they're now moving towards exercising, limiting caffeine and not smoking as ways to maintain good bone health and prevent osteoporosis
