Signature display once per thread

Your signature would come up in the first post your make in everythread then be removed for everyother one of your posts in that same thread. Thoughts?

i admit...some times peoples (including myselfs) sigs can get a bit hefty......but isnt the main source of the sig for promo of self and events??

if its only displayed once...then the promo is pointless, cuz some times people dont read every single post in a thread.....with that jump feature on the board you can skip to the last post!

i have to say ney to the idea!

I'm trying to make my actual signature ennormous, so when people ask me to sign forms, I psychotically scribble across half the page like I'm having a sciezure and leave them wondering wtf happened...

i like the idea of having it displayed only once. it just contributes a lot of garbage to the thread, and, hate to break it to you kids, but people don't avidly read every signature that's posted, especially when it's a zillion lines long.
