I can understand that you weren't born here, and I can take some sympathy to that fact, but as you have said yourself, you are no expert, so why would you go and correct someone when you don't know the difference yourself.

its usually not the actual signing of a record deal that turns the fans on them, its the transitition the music/product makes into the same old dumbed-up, watered-down meaningless crap thats all over the radio/tv
the artists gain all the benefits of being on a major label but they lose control over their product (the label has the final say...)
