I have to agree with you on this. Ive been arguin with my friends forever about how bunk he is. Weakest goddam 5hole in the NHL. Not to mention the weakest ballz. lol I think he pulls on average 2 groin injuries a season. Get a new cup for fuk sakes

k this whole thread is fucked, i'm not saying clouts is a great goalie (i doubt him all the time), BUT how the hell can you overlook three 30 win seasons? it wasnt just the offense that did it......

cloutier will always be questionable, and seems the be very emotionally unstable. crawford should have pulled him in the last game and saved some face.

Crawford definetly should have pulled him after the 4th goal you could tell cloutier and the canucks had no confidence left by the 4th goal.

the thing is, vancouver needs to make a decision, and make it soon.

starting auld, and having him win games is a good thing........but at the same time it takes away from cloutiers ever so delicate confidence.

so crawford needs to go with one or the other, so that either cloutier can get back on his game, or that auld can start his career

i still dont trust clout cause hes too unstable. when hes on hes pretty good but too often does he crack. whenever i watch a game and the other team shoots the puck towards him regardless from where i get scared cause i think it might go in. fucking clout

Auld will get more games this year because he is playing well, but for now Cloutier is still considered number 1 though he better pick it up or Auld is gonna start getting more and more chances which in my mind is a good thing cause no matter what in my opinion eventually Auld will be the starter in a couple of years.

um....dan cloutier played possibly the best game hes palyed so far this season...the only goal that was dumb was the 4th one....the first 3 were completely defense breakdowns....he stood on his fucking head the first period and was left out to dry

^ thing in this game he didn't deserve to get yanked. I am a big cloutier hater but that is some of the best goaltending i have seen cloutier play in awhile the first 10 minutes of the game were a joke.

I think Crawford pulled him to raise and keep his confidence intact but i have a very bad feeling crawford may have done worse and lowered cloutier confidence he looked real mad going back to the dressing room.

Plus the goals alex auld let in were very good. Like the one that got in on the post.

Lets hope he plays better tonight
