Bul go ki... forever lost?

You know that building that the Mac Station was in, on Homer St. in Yaletown? Well, it's getting torn down to build... wait for it... yes, more condos. Mac Station moved down the street, but that isn't actually what concerns me. Right next door to the store was really the most wonderful cafe, possibly called Green cafe. I was pretty much heartbroken to see that it was gone... Might anyone know if the cafe has moved to another location? Or is it gone forever, and should I commence the mourning process?
