Indian Food

I'm on this HUGE Indian food kick right now, and I'm looking for some good tandoori, butter chicken and samosa recipes.
I totally dont know if this is the right section to be posting this but if anyone knows of any kick ass recipes please let me know
None of this : "go buy the shells from Safeway" kinda deal, I'm more of a make it all from scratch kinda girl :)

ok, I've NEVER had indian food before..

err i have had a butter chicken pie thing @ the kiwi pie place on robson, but I dont think that counts.[but its fucking TASTEY]

pakora can be many diff things.. it can be fish.. chicken , veggies.. and its deep fried in some sort of batter/spice stuff.. it can be spicy or non spicy...
but like you said.. you need someone to take you out one day and just get you to try a bunch of stuff

Yes, you do.

There is one on Broadway and Heather but im not sure what it's called or what it's like there. One that is closer that I totally rercommend would be on Main and 49th I beleive. There is an all you can eat Indian Buffet with all the good stuff for $7.59.

It's called

All India Sweets and Restaurant
6507 Main Street, Vancouver

Also the price range for other stuff on the menu ranges from $10-$20. Soooo worth it :)
