I liked the commercial at first.. then he drags his ass on the ground wtf is up with that... I dont see anybody at any trance party dragging there asses on the floor... But overall, it is better music than any other commercial I have seen in a while...

Moderation makes most things endurable, that's for sure. But when you've got so many fine torrent sites out there, you can get every episode of every good show online without commercials. Somebody has to watch it live to keep it on the air but those people are all in the US.

So I notice Fever Pitch was on the digi-cable last night and so many people have asked me about it at work that I decided to check it out. I watched about 20 minutes of it, wanted to hang myself with my own bowels, and switched to IFC but hit the wrong button. That god damned Pepsi commercial. Then I notice SNL is on so I check it out. Jimmy Fallon again! Why do people cast this man? Pity?

A tv is only an idiot box if the person watching it is an idiot. There's definately some value in it. The history channel, CBC/BBC, CTV, CNN, discovery. Tonnes of documentaries etc. And yes i'm aware of media conglomeration and one sided views of the horrible newcasters on CNN (nancy grace barf), but it is still important to see the different points of view so thay you may make an educated assessment. Your sweeping generalizations just work to close minds not open them. Such a one sided view. Sure there are lots of brainless crap on tv, sometimes it may be amusing to flip through, but there is also lots of educational shit that i like to watch. Just because someone watches tv does not mean they sit there all day watching garbage.

LOL...oh the topic of television!.

well....all i have to say is, that after 3 years of making a living selling hi-definition plasmas and projection hdtv's to the general comsumer public, i see that televison has steadily rotted away the soul of our society....

alothough i must say...there is some AWSOME programming availble through satilite. i try to watch some pretty rad shit about travel,cooking,history and of course my beloved STAR TREK all day much to the dismay of my sales manager and amusement to my co-workers....

on mondays i work till 10 but everyone knows when the west wing comes on at 9 im finished! and park my ass infront of a sony 55' hdtv and watch it till the end of my shift at 10.
