I'm afraid "the customer is always right" mentality has made these guys think they are entitled to whatever they request, just bc they are paying for a service.

I'm sorry, but I personally understand that Denny's is a basic and cheap place to grab a bite, any time of day or night. And or that reason (dispite my food allergies, which are not life threatening - just uncomfortable) I do not bother them with major modifications. I can pull the bun off myself, and I will not fly into a huff if my burger comes with onions on it when I asked for it without. It's called being reasonable, and it comes with accepting what you are paying for.

The unfortunate part is a bet he shit all over the next server and manager that the next place he chose to dine.

I've never had bad food at Denny's and I'd rather spend $5 on breakfast then get the same damn thing somewhere else for $15.
