hey toxic, if your thinking of going into real estate development, be careful, alot of places are looking a little bit too overvalued and speculative. It's about this time in the cycle when everyone wants to get in, which isnt a good thing for someone just starting out.

^^ It is a good thing when your a tight buddy of yours is a Royal Lepage real estate agent, (who BTW really motivated me in this direction and do something wise with my capital) And plus if you have a nice down payment and enough in your bank to live off for 3 years.....I think the odds aren't against me at this moment.

meh....I'm a guy that likes space, I have a nice 4 bedroom w/ garage place picked out here....and my crappy job is out here. I ain't paying 300,000 for a small ass 650 sqft place out in Van, when I can get a 1750sqft place out here. also for 60k cheaper...when I have enough paper for multiple properties then Van is a option.

Plus...Surrey isnt a bad a place...if you dont look at the shitty areas, but hey, who said Van is all peaches and cream too?.....there's ugly suburbs out there and plenty of homeless folk too ya know? I've always been the type to rather live in a house in a suburb, I dont like being car-less and have to take the bus. Van is only 25 km away...so....I ain't too worried about it.

I tend to be kinda bitter cuz I wasted 2 1/2 years trying to help someone else get their life together and it's rather dissapointing when the time that you invest has gone nowhere....That's like 95% where my anger comes from. I'm all about the no reltionship/self improvment moto.....
the past reletionships have jus been a waste....I just neglected ma friends and thought about another person who wasnt really worthy..... I find when i Jus focus on myself Everything is better... I have more friends and less stresses......
I say have more close friends rather than jus one mediocre relationship....

I think that taking time to focus on yourself after ending a long term relationship is always the best thing to do. However be cautious when meeting new girls in the future. Money can attract some bad people that are well practiced at tugging at the heart strings, especially when you are advertising a 6 figure bank account at 24. You'll no longer have the comfort of knowing they were with you when you were broke.
Always surround yourself with people (friends or otherwise) that make you a better person

That's one of the reasons why I stayed with her....I know she doesn't love me for my money cuz I had about $300 bucks to my name when we first met....but she definately got used to being spoiled so, now she's been cut off, and she's already came crying back....but I dont want apologies and tears, Actions speak louder than words, so I until she gets her life in gear.... I aint talking to her.....I've been with her for 2 1/2 and she still dont have a damn thing to offer me in the long run... so this is gonna be the cut off point....and I dont wanna sound selfish, but I got a life to live too.... She's just been excess baggage for too long and I need to lighten the load.
