Ummmmm.....it was a decent night. I went there after work sooo i was still dressed in my work clothes. Didnt seem to matter much. Music was decent. I got completly hammered at work b4 i even went there soooo all i kno it was sum gud times :)
OH and i had this balloon and i kept throwing in the air back and forth between me and my bf. Then other ppl started taping it and hitting it too.....that was fun....i was sooooo drunk. :) |

I had a great time playing at IMF.
However, the before and after kinda ruined my night. Got stuck in traffic, so I missed the opening set I wanted to see. Then afterwards (despite my RedBulls, Beers, and a caffene pill) I got tired around 300 and just couldnt stay away let alone stand and listen to anything. So I had to head home :( |

IMF was pretty fun. The funky stuff from the 2nd room seemed better and i was there most of the night.
Olav's set was great, it sounded just like his download mixes but obviously better up close and in person... and was he the one who dropped the Cypress Hill's "Insane in the Brain"?? Whoever that was, it was pretty crazy shit... elsewhere, Smoke One was spinning some hardrocking stuff. Good way to steal ppl on the way in/out of the smoke pit... hahaa Mark Norman in the main room was good... overall pretty good party. Anyone took pics? BUT... is there anythign that can be done to the ventilation of the 2nd room (mirror rm)? By like 4am, it became a stinking smoky sauna... |

damnn imf was crazyy. above and beyond played some crazy songs like silence and good for me. steve hill and mark norman played some good songs like twisted minds, lethal industry and diary of jane!!
props to shy bros for droppin sick tracks like punk and electrified!! pretty alright party all together |

great party! a&b and mark norman really hammered out some great tracks!
thanks to everyone that came by and stayed for my set from 11-12 in the 4th stage. i had a great time playing for you guys and i apologize to all those that asked me for a cd when i didn't have any to hand out. and a random thought...... from what i noticed, there seemed to be far less older vietnamese people this time around. |

Well although I must stay Above and Beyond dropped some good tunes, it was way to progressive and mellow - the dance floor was the most un-energetic I've ever seen - C'mon this is a headliner!
Now Mark Norman - heres a DJ that deserves BIG UPS - he opended with Touch Down and it was a pounding uplifting set from that point on - he had the floor a bumping - It sure sounded good to hear Lift and all those other pounding tunes. The breaks room was really good - whoever that dj was that dropped the electro breaks - BIG UPS. All in all - it was a good night. RAVE! |
