Now having said that, I'd like to thank the 90% of you who didn't let this SNAFU ruin your night. You always seem to have our backs. This weekend we gave you everything we had, bringing in carpenters to mount the speakers in the ceiling and to hang the decks in the gallery; ripping out half the seats and risers in the theatre so everyone could have room to dance; providing cheap cover, cheap booze and a safe place to get wasted so normal people could afford to go out for a change. And you. . . you gave it all right back. You were giving it all night long with no cares about no-shows, hype or "the scene." You were too busy dancing and sweating and having a good time. As far as we're concerned, you made that party as good as any in our long history. You seasoned partiers know that *sometimes* shit like this happens - and you blew the doors off the Beaumont.

In terms of make-ups, we really can't do much about refunds at this point, but we will be hosting a special private make-up party at a future date. We'd ask you to support our efforts and cut us some slack so we can continue to push ahead with new shows in new spaces at affordable prices for cool people. I'd ask you all to sign up on the POUND mailing list and give us a chance to figure out what's the next best way to set things right. Since we don't have a good paper trail, we will have to use the POUND list as the determinant, so please sign up.

Im a seasoned partier thats why I was disapointed. Just cause Im high on E doesnt mean Im satisfied with mundane mixes, and shitty track selection. I want more than that for sure.

Really, why would I sign up for you email list? Im never going to attend a pound event ever again. Id rather spend a night in jail.

I dont know what a succesful party is to you. For me its not a party whose headliners didnt show. I cant say that was a sucess.

Im glad you think you guys did such a good job. I find it funny. Maybe at your next rave you can advertise that Prodigy is coming, then tell us 2 days after the party that he got held up at the border.

A sucessful party is where the headliners show, and people have a good time, that obviously didnt happen.

Its really simple. I paid for 6 tickets. I want my fucking money back.

Give it back to me so I can never ever have to deal with your weak company again.

As far as the quality goes, your headliners didnt show, not very quality eh. Akeel trainwrecked, not very quality. Your sound quality was weak, not very quality. You guys are terrible at dealing with media, not very quality. You didnt anounce that your headliners werent coming, not very quality. Promoters that lie, not very quality. Not offering refunds, not very quality.

So I fail to see how you can say that was a quality night, and a success. Maybe you're a failure at life. I dont know.

Why not take responsiblity when it happens, instead of waiting till I had to post the next day?

First off, if you are going to bitch about a night which you were not impressed with, do it in a respectful manner.

Second off all, im pretty sure after a stressful night such as last Saturday the first thing everyone from Pound wanted to do was come online and make sure the TWO troll accounts that decided to make such a big deal about it were satisfied....NO. You have 10 posts and they have A LOT more things to worry about.

They are very much aware you are not happy as you have stated it about 20 times in every post. They are aware that you felt the party was poorly done via sound, venue and Djs. THEY GET IT!

Now, both promoters have asked you to PM them (or in Akeels case...CALL) in order to come to a fair solution and you decided not to do so. I suggest if you want anything to come of the matter you take you piss poor comments off the board and contact them personally

Hey Wally, my number is in the thread and i've pm'd you...pls call me at your earliest convenience. as for my shitty trainwrecking no excuse...but i was a bit stressed out getting txt messages while playing still telling me the artists I had booked months in advance (and brought in before without a hitch) where being held at the border. Yet i have recieved no call or pm from you...so if your not willing to sort this out when i've obviously made an effort to have you contact me and only want to slag myself and my crew, then go fuck yourself.

As for the retard pounding on my drum kit, my brother eventually kicked him off, sorry about that.
