hoping everyone had a blast. . i just got out of JAIL
FUCK the VPD and their BULLSHIT... 12 hrs in the cell, arresting me for nothing. Take note all DJs : Worst feeling in the world is sitting in a vancouver jail locked up knowing your supposed to be rocking the decks the same nite... Sorry on my behalf if there were any hip hop fans lookin forward to my set. I dont think I`ve ever been this angry. Sorry stan/jimmy solid crew.. maybe next time. |

I had a pretty good night. I would of liked to hear some more house, and see less people having sex in the breaks room. Now every muscle in my body is aching, which I suppose means I must've had a wicked time. Awesome night, much better that NYE..perhaps I'll have to go to IMF now too.

after having a nice sleep, i have decided that this party was pretty darn good.
thank god for my ear plugs... JuJu was fucking amazing, as was Josh the funky1. Good to see some new faces. now! to get a snack and relax all day. |

Was a pretty killer party, although I noticed the main room seemed quite a bit less energetic than at past parties. Highlights for me were definitely DJ Icey and JuJu. I fucking love the breaks room at the PNE.

what a night! man solid knows how to throw a party! great sets by BK,kyau vs albert, juju, bozga dope set! i went crazy when you dropped nobody listens to techno givin youre cd a listen to sounds awsome,icey and josh the funky1 oh and props marty for spinning acid techno, i only got to hear one track but it was pretty sic! was my fisrt ever sober party so i was pretty tired by the end, i thought the sound system owned in the main and breaks room, awsome setup, over all awsome party. Ill post pics soon.

What a great time. Thanks Solid for booking me. Even though i played the 4th stage, it was still a lot more fun than i could have expected. The setup for the stage was definately the best anyone has taken the time to do for the smoke pit area. WHO SAYS THERE SHOULDN'T BE A 4 STAGE?! Thanks for everyone who came out to support.
Icey was good. It was cool watching him lip synch to old school regae vocals. lol. I think EVERYONE had a good time when BK dropped that 'smells like teen spirit' track. Heh, gooo nirvana! The breakz room was wayyy hotter than the norm. I really hope i get to play in there one day. Nothing says a good time like TNA suits in a sauna. Props to the DJ's on the 3rd stage, you guys had some rough conditions. Good set Marty, thanks for the props, i'm feeling really good after the way things turned out last night. My next show is on July 23rd at RIVERSIDE. It's a twisted show called INFERNO. After that, APEX PROJECT 2005 on July 30th! I'm spinning for Boodang. I'm going to drop a Trancey Breaks set that i've been collecting for some time now while the sun goes down. So be there to hear it first! |

Dissapointed that there were no lasers but still a very decent party none the less. Although i knew Yoji was coming for IMF for over half a year now it was good to see it all confirmed on the poster. J00f should be awesome times too and scot project in the mix as well, sounds like 1 good nite with awesome music in the making.

hrmm where to start....
set up in the main room looked wicked! major props on that look... same with the other rooms... looked much better and not as BRIGHT in the house and 4th room... main room was lacking lasers!! and sound was OK... but i wish there was more bass.... BK and jk walker...dope sets! cant wait for IMF.... yoji and scot... doesnt get any better! |

Yes, they had one laser only, A much smaller one than usual for PNE parties. I believe it's only a 1 Watt laser, but It's the best one that Masterplan owns. Normally lasers are rented from another equipment company for PNE parties. Usually they have 3 x 25 Watt lasers in the Coliseum. |
