you know, comments like this really piss me off.

I wasn't a regular at tribeca, I think I may have gone once or twice, but it was a good little spot to just hang out and spend time with friends, especially ones who may be underage - regardless if they were drinking or not.

There was good music most of the time, good company, and a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

So I don't know why all you supposed elitists give it such a bad fucking rap, and say things like "boo fucking hoo" and "good riddance" when you didn't even participate in anything that was going on there.

haha I'm not a supposed elitist. I don't think it's a big deal because there's going to be another place. I've gone through seeing the corner of granville and robson, the steps, the spanish, and this place rise and fall as raver hangouts. I don't think it's a big deal because another place is going to come up, is all.

I was fully working on a reply to Neoh but you got to it first yourself. I thought what you said was funny. I actually laughed out loud. But that's bc I hav a sense of humor and I understand that the world isn't coming to an end bc a place where we meet socially to drink and listen to music is closing/changing hands/whatever. The earth will keep on turning, and someone else to go will come about. This has happened many, many times before...

I don't care about the place closing, I wasen't a frequent patron - as I stated before. It's a decision on a business stand point, I know there will be other places, it's not the point. My point is: the little comments that these too-cool-for-everyone individuals have about things that some people take heart to.
