What do you do when you have really fucking annoying co-workers....do you confront them or just ignore it?

with me im stuck cuz i want to confront her but because i work with my family like my mom and my uncles i dont want to get fired or anything....

help?

You have to voice some of your frustrations with the coworker if not directly, then subtley. Speak your mind, than if she/he is really taken aback. blame yer behaviour on something you cant control. like sleep dep or somethin. Even if you excuse yourself, they still know that you must have a problem. And usually theyll try to work around it if theyre mature. no one wants to be in a volatile work environment. its not just shitty for you, its shitty for everyone. dont repress, express!

I have these yappy, gaggly girls that tend to come visit someone near my desk and they tend to VERY LOUDLY talk about the most inane and or weirdest shit..

like 'OH MY GOD I WANT TO MAKE OUT WITH MY COUSIN'

'OH MY GOOOOD I GOT SOOO DRUNK ON THE WEEKEND'


like i realize it's really great they got smashed at some granville st club and got hit on by gross guys, but i don't need to hear it.


Instead of silently stewing and letting them disturb my hard working, I said something. It's always good when you approach things by not being a big jerk and just reasoning why you're confronting the situation with the fact that it affects your ability to do your job. THEN THEY GOT NOTHING.
