art just means creative expression.
Just about everyone on this planet has the ability to express themsevles by some sort of creative means.
Ganster Rap is art by definition. maybe to some it isn't good art, I mean the new stuff is awful right, but you cannot deny that it is art.

Like if a kindergarten kid did a finger painting. that is artwork. Would you buy it? No, because its shitty artwork made by a little kid, much like you wouldnt buy a 50 cent album because it is shitty artwork that sounds like it was made by a little kid.
