They can't just fire somebody like that by law you've got to be given a certain amount of warning's before you can be fired, trust me i know.


This is why we have labour relations.

No. You cant.

They might have. And if the person that got fired is smart..he would read up about his rights..and he can take them to court.

I know this because I had to read up on a bunch of labour relations shit before I became a manager.

I dunno, our workplace (b0ld and I) is pretty sneaky with all the labour stuff, They must have found a loophole around it cause they make us sign all sorts of papers and stuff.

I get in trouble all the time at work. Mostly b/c im a loud mouth and talk to much. But other then that I'm a hard worker and have been here since the begining so im of value to them.

It definetly doesn't make the day any better when you do get into trouble at work though but the feeling tends to go away within a couple of days.
