Not worthless, just not exact. I was speaking from experience as well and not just myself but I have seen it happen multiple times to other ppl around me. I'm still drunk from SB and I have selective reading. You make a lot of sense,,, the thing is, I put my heart on the line... this girl was starting to know everything about me... i was pouring my soul out to her, I honestly thought it was love just by the way she talked to me. Its not love and I could cry, but i'm so dehydrated. Things arent too good to be true I guess.

this is why a lot of people don't like getting into relationships, having to open up and pour your soul to that person because there is always a chance to have them take it all and throw it back at you.

Mabye some people see it as immature to not believe in trusting people.

But my definition of love is giving someone the power to break your heart... but trusting them not to.

And to be honest. You cant trust anyone the same way you can trust yourself. You dont have control over anyone else's bad desicions, or mistakes.

My logic:

I refuse to 'open up' or 'pour my heart out' to ANY girl nowadays because they all have the capability to play me for a fool. And they use that capability more often than they need to.

It's not considered the beginning of a relationship until she's (metaphorically) ready to eat out of the palm of my hand with the 'hungry doggy dinner bowl' look on her face. And only when she's doing that, then I know she's serious and not playing me. Harsh. But that's just how it's gonna have to be in this day and age.
