I love cheese so much (I mean come on I'm Dutch for crying out loud) but after my last quarterly visit with my dietician, I've been told I'm not allowed to eat it anymore :(

Bleu cheese makes me ill, as does any cheese that's really aged/moldy.

The cheese. I'm allergic to penicillin (which is derived from mold) so if I eat certain kinds of cheese I get very sick.

I tried bleu cheese (or was it brie) once and I felt like death. My bro's allergy is so bad he can't even eat old/aged cheddar.

havarti is my all-time fav
followed closely by classic cheddar
I am learning to like bleu cheese (esp on salad w/sweet dressing! yum!)
brie w/cranberry sauce is HEAVENLY
oooh and goat cheese on salad is great, too

pretty much I have never tried a cheese I didn't like
I try to avoid them in large doses though or else I will get F-A-T!
