i used to really like him, but haven't really been impressed with anything since Lullaby was published. i bought Rant, but haven't read it yet.

I'm a fan. I've read the haunted, fight club etc. Loved the chaotic style but haven't read any of his newer books recently.

I really enjoyed 'Survivor' and 'Lullaby' but I found 'Diary' pretty boring.

He's a great writer but his work kind of puts me in a dark place

"choke" is the only book of his that i've read and it was pretty funny.

"Fight Club" and "Survivor"..

Good books... he has a great turn of phrase, and has the ability to create a great scene, but I'm not sure he's ever strung that together into a great overall work yet.

He owes David Fincher a lot for the Fight Club movie.. I'm sure he'd be the first one to tell you that.
