beyond the fact that much like Bush Jr she is standing on her last name for support its even more troubling that she sold her self respect out for a shot at the presidency. It is an indication of the type of person she is, Id never want her as a leader. If you're willing to stay with someone who has consistently cheated on you inorder to further your career, imagine what she'd do to improve her popularity the next time there's a terrorist attack.

Also consider the fact that she has minimal support from independants and none from moderate republicans and its clear that she is the only person who is a gauranteed loser against the republican nomination, its hard to beleive that anyone in the democratic party is dumb enough to support her.

my last reply was a little bitchy, but keep in mind I was talking about who was a better DEBATOR. Sometimes being excellent at DEBATES does not necessarily make you a better CANDIDATE. Why not actually take some time to watch a debate and come back and contribute something relevant to that topic? My OP was just about DEBATING skills. the second article says they decided to support obama based on clinton's stance on the iraq war and track record as senator. it dosn't even mention the crying incident.

the best part is the first time the woman cried on the campaign trail, it was seriously news. it was all over all of the major news outlets as this top story. And how many people running for president have you seen pull waterworks in the past and actually get elected? It's a bad publicity move no matter who you are. People don't want criers as the Commander-In-Chief of their military. This has been true forever.

She's slipped in the polls twice since the primaries started. Once in Iowa and Obama is taking over all the Super Duper Tuesday polls. Both times she's pulled waterworks.

I don't think Romney pulling waterworks is any better, honestly.

I don't think the democratic supporters care that much, no. But I'm looking at November, not just tomorrow. Crying might get you a party nomination but it doesn't get you elected as head of state to the biggest nuclear power of the world.

Remember that this is the same "american people" that (allegedly) re-elected Bush. I think you give the general populous too much benefit of the doubt.

Remember that America is a country that was forged in battle. Most of the states are protected by militias to this day and second-amendment rights (to bear arms) are still held as one of the nearest and dearest rights. They're first and foremost a military country and always have been. The fact that their most recent administration went a little overboard with it doesn't change what they've thought of their country since birth.

They're fighters. Particularly the southern and midwestern votes. Which wouldn't be a problem if these weren't the major swing voters that decide elections.

I think the main reason why Obama's campaign is gaining so much momentum is because he represents a very obvious (in keeping with his slogan) change. I mean, you only have look at him.

Regardless of Hilary's ability or inability to lead a nation, to a lot of people she doesn't really represent change. Voting Hilary in will mean the country will have had the same two families leading it since 1989.
